Professional/Advanced License
RemixFast.com (operated by Meghsoft), hereinafter referred to as RemixFast, grants you an on-going, non-exclusive license to use the Code.
The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the Code.
You can:
- Use the Code to create unlimited End Products.
- Modify the Code to create derivative Code. That code is subject to this license.
- Use the Code to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Use the Code to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the Code to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the Code to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the Code or derivatives of the Code.
- Re-distribute the Code or derivatives of the Code separately from an End Product.
- Share your access to the Code with any other individuals.
- Use the Code to produce anything that may be deemed by RemixFast, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of RemixFast.
Example usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:
- Creating a website or web application for your business where you are the only one accessing and using the Code.
- Creating a website or web application for a client that will be owned by that client.
- Creating a commercial application where end users have to pay a fee to use the application.
- Creating a free and open source website or web application where the primary purpose is clearly not to simply re-distribute the code.
Examples of usage not allowed by the license:
- Creating a repository of Code from RemixFast (or derivatives of that Code) and publishing it publicly.
- Creating a version of RemixFast Code in another framework or language and making it available either for sale or for free.
- Creating a website for your business where multiple people will be accessing and using the Code.
- Creating a "web application builder" project where end users can build their own web applications using the Code included with or derived from RemixFast.
- Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using the Code and making it available either for sale or for free.
In simple terms, use RemixFast for anything you like as long as it doesn't compete with RemixFast.
